Legal
Formal notices for this site and formation participation. Protocol mechanics are documented in Reference. Live figures on Formation describe coordination state from the published snapshot; they are informational. Formation follows the process communicated when you participate.
Operator
ZIRA is developed and operated by a Germany-based company responsible for the design, deployment, and long-term operation of the coordination infrastructure. The system has been fully built and validated, and is engineered to enter live state once the foundational topology is complete, meaning all 512 foundation positions are allocated and verified under published rules.
The team combines expertise across distributed systems, artificial intelligence, financial infrastructure, and large-scale network design, with the focus on operating ZIRA as resilient, continuously evolving coordination infrastructure.
For correspondence: use the formation interface and published channels linked in the footer.
Terms of use
Information only. This site explains the ZIRA coordination model, formation mechanics, and reference parameters. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
No offer. Nothing here is an offer to sell or solicit securities, regulated payment instruments, or franchise rights in any region. Formation participation, if offered, follows the instructions and disclosures issued when you participate.
Risks. Digital assets and protocol participation involve substantial risk, including loss of principal, smart-contract failure, oracle error, and regulatory change. Prior or simulated metrics do not predict future outcomes. Do not allocate funds you cannot afford to lose.
Formation communications. Anchor commitment instructions (network, amount, receiving address) are issued only through official channels. If you did not receive instruction through an official channel, treat it as fraudulent. You are responsible for verifying any destination before anchoring funds.
No warranties. The site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, profits, or data arising from use of the site, formation participation, or reliance on third-party networks.
Third parties. Links to social channels, explorers, or tools are for convenience only; we do not control third-party services or certify their security.
Changes. These terms may be revised. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy
What we collect. If you submit a formation request, we process information you supply (such as email and class selection) to respond and to match anchor commitments to the published queue. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention. We do not collect identity documents.
What we avoid. No third-party advertising or analytics trackers. No requests for wallet seed phrases or private keys through any channel.
Retention. Email correspondence is retained as needed for formation and support. Published formation snapshots omit raw personal identifiers and show aggregated counts and masked fields where listed.
Your choices. You may request access or deletion of personal data subject to legal and operational limits by contacting the published address.
International transfer. Data may be processed where we operate infrastructure. By using the site you acknowledge such processing where permitted by applicable law.
Security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding accounts and verifying communications.
Cookies. The site is intended to operate without profiling cookies. Local browser storage may support UI continuity on the formation page.
