Formal notices for this site and the ZIRA network. Any network figures shown here describe coordination state and are informational only.
Operator
ZIRA is an open, decentralized AI network. People ask the field a question; independent machines, called Resonators or miners, answer and work on tasks together, and the work settles in ZIR. ZIRA is operated by a steward registered in Switzerland. The system has a Layer 1 Proof of Resonance settlement network and a Layer 2 coordination engine that splits field queries among the contributors who do the work. The mainnet is live now.
The team combines expertise across distributed systems, artificial intelligence, model inference, and large-scale network design, and operates ZIRA as resilient, continuously evolving coordination infrastructure.

Terms of use
Information only. This site explains the ZIRA coordination model and reference parameters. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
ZIR is not a security. ZIR is a unit of work used to settle field queries. It is not a security, a share, a stake, an investment contract, or a promise of profit. ZIR is earned by the network for doing useful work. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or solicit securities or regulated instruments in any region.
Anchors. Anchors are foundational network positions, assigned by invitation and contribution to participants who meet the standing thresholds for each class. They are handled inside the ZIRA app, through a process the steward administers; this site does not sell or assign them. Any ZIR allocation shown is a network parameter that sets the position's weight in the network.
Risks. Protocol participation involves risk, including software failure, network change, and regulatory change. ZIR settles value between participants and its value can change. Prior or simulated metrics do not predict future outcomes.
Avoiding fraud. Anchors are assigned only through official channels administered by the steward. No one will ask you to send funds or tokens, or to make a transfer, to receive an anchor. If anyone asks you to send funds for an anchor, or asks for a wallet seed phrase or private key, treat it as fraudulent.
No warranties. The site and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the steward and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, profits, or data arising from use of the site, anchor participation, or reliance on third-party networks.
Third parties. Links to social channels, explorers, or tools are for convenience only. We do not control third-party services or certify their security.
Changes. These terms may be revised. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Contributing your machine and earning
Anyone can contribute a machine to the field as a Resonator or miner. Contributors earn ZIR via Proof of Resonance, where signed observations feed a trust-weighted consensus, and via coordination, where field queries split ZIR among the contributors who do the work, alongside a small share reserved for steward operations. Earnings come from the network, not from the founders. ZIRA makes no representation about profitability; rewards, network load, and the value of ZIR fluctuate continuously, and infrastructure is provided entirely by the participant.
ZIRA Layer 1 uses Proof of Resonance (PoR), a trust-weighted consensus where standing is earned by behavior, not legacy hash-racing mining. New users install no local models; the open network serves the model and miners provide the compute.
There is no minimum hardware requirement enforced by the protocol. Contributing with very limited hardware can result in low or no rewards due to variance.
Jurisdiction
ZIRA is operated from Switzerland. Swiss law governs any dispute arising from these terms. Holding an anchor, contributing a machine, or using ZIR by residents of jurisdictions where digital assets are restricted or prohibited is not permitted and is the sole responsibility of the participant. The steward does not perform KYC or AML screening but reserves the right to refuse or revoke an anchor assignment for participants identified as sanctioned persons or entities.
Privacy
What we collect. If you contact us (for example by email), we process the information you supply to respond. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention. We do not collect identity documents.
What we avoid. No third-party advertising or analytics trackers. No requests for funds, wallet seed phrases, or private keys through any channel.
Retention. Email correspondence is retained as needed for anchor assignment and support. Published snapshots omit raw personal identifiers and show aggregated counts and masked fields where listed.
Your choices. You may request access or deletion of personal data subject to legal and operational limits by contacting formation@zira.network.
International transfer. Data may be processed where we operate infrastructure. By using the site you acknowledge such processing where permitted by applicable law.
Security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding accounts and verifying communications.
Cookies. The site is intended to operate without profiling cookies. Local browser storage may support UI continuity on the site.
